1) Maccabi Tel Aviv drew 1:1 at Ferencvaros in Budapest, Hungary in their first leg first round Europa League qualifying match. Stefan Spirovski gave the host’s the lead in the 61′ but Eliran Atar’s added time goal in the 91′ gave Maccabi Tel Aviv the equalizer and a valuable away goal as Vladan Ivic’s squad will look to advance to the second round next Thursday, July 19th at the Netanya Stadium (20:00) when they host the Hungarian outfit for the second leg.
Head Coach Vladan Ivic summed up the match: “This was the first half of the game and we finished 1:1. The second half will be in Israel next week. We came here to win the game but this was a good result over the first 90 minutes.” The Coach continued: “We pressed from the start and we had a number of good chances. After we gave up the gaol we pressured our opponent even more and we created more chances near the end of the game. Fortunately we scored in the last few minutes.”
2) Beitar Jerusalem drew 0:0 against Chikhura in Georgia in their first leg first round Europa League qualifying match. Next Thursday night Beitar will host the second leg at Teddy Stadium in Jerusalem.

TJ Leaf second 9 points in 13 minutes for the Pacers.
