Elisha Kadir may perhaps be the most underrated player on the Israel roster. The veteran forward can do it all form scoring to rebounding to playigb lockdown defense. The 29-year old will play with the Israeli league’s newcomer Nes Ziona after helping Maccabi Rishon Le’Zion to the Final 4 last campaign.
