Maccabi Tel Aviv played their second game against Armani Milano in the United States, this time at “The World’s Most Famous Arena” Madison Square Garden in New York City. This time though, Maccabi came up on the wrong end of a 76-72 score as the Yellow-and-Blue split their two game series against the Italian side.
Sylvan Landesberg led Maccabi with 15 points while Jordan Farmar added 13 points, 7 boards and 5 assists. Dragan Bender turned the NBA scouts heads that were in attendance with 9 points as the youngster will be ticketed to go in one of the top spots.
Maccabi returns home to Israel and will face Kiryat Gat on Gameday One this coming Saturday night.
