Hatem AlHamid was issued two yellow cards and was sent off early on in the contest but Maccabi couldn’t take advantage of the man advantage.

First place Hapoel Haifa pocked up a late goal from Eden Ben Basat as they sit at the top of the table with 20 points.

Maccabi Netanya 3:1 Kiryat Shemona
Keita scored a brace while Dia Sabia continued his strong season with another goal as Netanya defeated Kiryat Shemona who received a lone marker from Nigel Hasselbaink.

Hapoel Ashkelon 1:3 Maccabi Petah Tikva
Lidor Cohen starred for the visitors as he assisted on two goals to Shlomi Arbeitman and Yuval Abidor while also scoring himself on a free kick. Mirko Ormush scored via penalty for the hosts.

Bnei Yehuda 1:2 Ashdod
Gadi Kinda and Blessing Eleke scored for Amir Turgeman’s Ashdod side to help the team to their first win of the season while Yonatan Cohen scored for the hosts.

Hapoel Acre 0:2 Hapoel Raanana
Raanana picked up their first win of the campaign at Acre thanks to goals by Jordan Faucher and Karam Arshied.
