Hapoel Akko 1:1 Maccabi Haifa

Akko took a 1:0 lead on Boris Kopitovic’s goal as Gaynor Plet brought the Greens even on a penalty kick in the 25th minute as the two sides each picked up one point in a hard fought battle in Akko.

Hapoel Tel Aviv 0:1 Hapoel Beer Sheva

A first half own goal by Avichai Yadin did Hapoel Tel Aviv in as Beer Sheva will remain in first place for at least another week. Barak Bachar’s side did not bring their A game to Bloomfield but nonetheless and own goal helped them to the valuable three points. Ben Reichert was shown a red card after a reckless foul followed by dissent as the former Maccabi Tel Aviv player won’t be available for the derby next Matchday.

Maccabi Netanya 0:2 Bnei Sakhnin

Netanya’s goal scoring drought has now reached 947 minutes as Menachem Koretzky’s side lost again to almost certainly doom their relegation. Feras Mahgarbeh scored a second half brace for Bnei Sakhnin to secure the three points.

Hapoel Haifa 1:1 Hapoel Kfar Saba

The Greens took a 1:0 lead when Ran Itzhak headed the ball into the goal 8 minutes from time, but Haifa found an 88th minute strike by Mahran Lala to split the points.

Kiryat Shemona 1:1 Bnei Yehuda

The two sides scored second half header goals to also split the points in their matchup. Asi Baldot sent Amir Agaev a perfect ball that he headed behind Kiryat Shemona keeper Mahdi Zoabi while Oded Elkayam gave Bruno Konie a ball that he headed behind Dele Aiyenugba for the 1:1 draw.

Hapoel Raanana 1:0 Maccabi Petach Tikva

Evans Kangwa scored for Haim Silvas and his Raanana side to take the victory and send Ran Ben Shimon to yet another loss. New acquisiton Dejan Radonjic assisted on the match’s lone goal as the hosts look to have solidified their spot in the upper playoffs.
