The Greek side dominated the contest as David Blatt defeated his former team thanks to a turn back the clock performance by Vassilis Spanoulis with 16 points. Axel Toupane added 15 points, Nigel Willams-Goss chipped in with 14 points while Georgios Printezis scored 13 points in the win. DeAndre Kane led all scorers with 22 points as Michael Roll, Johnny O’Bryant and John Dibartolomeo all scored 12 points a piece.

The Antwerp Giants dropped Hapoel Jerusalem 101-89 in Belgium in Champions League play as the Reds suffered their first loss of the continental season and are now 2-1. A 27-16 fourth quarter for Antwerp helped the host’s to the 12-point win over the Jerusalem Reds who couldn’t find an answer for Jae Sean Tate who scored 24 points while Victor Sanders added 22 points. Chris Johnson led Jerusalem with 20 points as James Feldeine and Da’Sean Butler added points a piece.

Hapoel Holon defeated PAOK 72-68 in Basketball Champions League action to move there record to 2-1. Khalif Wyatt (14p) and Dequan Jones (13p) led Holon to the home win.

Nes Ziona slipped by New Heroes Den Bosch 91-85 in Israel to move their Europe Cup record to 1-1. Chris Dowe was tremendous in the victory scoring 21 points and dishing out 6 assists while Mikell Gladness 18 points and gabbed 12 rebounds.
