SRD: Hapoel Holon comes up short against Galatasaray in BCL, Israel Women’s Basketball Nat’l Team prepares for WCQ
Hapoel Holon fell to Galatasaray 87-74 in Basketball Champions League action as the purposes fell to 0-5 in Round of 16 Group Stage play. John Petrucelli, Fabian White and John Meeks helped Galatasaray jump out to an early 17-4 lead, but Adama Sanogo and Jordan McRae helped cut down the advantage to 37-33 at halftime. However, the second half was all Meeks who scored at will while Errick McCollum scored as well to run away with the XX-point win. McRae and Sanogo each scored 18 points in the loss while Meeks scored 26 points and McCollum and Petrucelli each put in 13 points in the win.
