They said it…
Ioannis Sfairopoulos: “I don’t want to think if we are in the best shape in Europe right now. I want to think about the way to play the next game, and the most important thing is to continue to stay focused and keep following the gameplan. Milan is an excellent team that is undefeated at their home court, we will need to remain focused on being consistent for all 40 minutes of the game. If you lose your concentration against them for a minute or two, they will punish.”
Players

Quincy Acy: “Milan is a good team, and we have to approach it like any other game, come out focused, stick to our gameplan, and be ready to fight. The key for us defensively is bounding on the coach’s scheme, and the players have each others back. We are competing, we need to have that same mindset going into every game, that’s how we are going to win. As long as we are doing that, we can compete at a high level.”

Ettore Messina: “Maccabi is coming here on a very high note, they rely on enormous physicality, hard to contain. At the same time, they have terrific offensive potential. For us, it’s going to be important the defensive aspect, but also a very disciplined offense that will keep them from running in the open court, their favorite situation. We want to be good in a special night dedicated to one our legendary players, Dino Meneghin.”
