The Sports Rabbi and Roye Shelem went through a smorgasbord of Israeli sports as we played the Good, the Bad, the Ugly. We begin with the Good and the Israel National Basketball who scored an opening World Cup Qualifying win over Poland. We then go to the Bad as Maccabi Tel Aviv fell to ALBA Berlin and former Yellow & Blue swingman Yovel Zoosman as The Sports Rabbi goes wild. Finally we get to the Ugly of Israeli soccer with Maccabi Tel Aviv losing 1-0 to LASK, Maccabi Haifa falling to Union Berlin 1-0 and Beitar Jerusalem owner who finds himself in jail on some very serious charges.
