“I’m only satisfied with the win, not with the way we played,” Katash summed up. “We lacked energy and didn’t have the right body language. We need to figure out what happened, but I’m happy about the win, it’s just that in the end, the result didn’t reflect the game. There are a lot of things I didn’t like.”

Shay Segalovich summed up the contest, “We were in the game for 30 minutes, but against Maccabi, that’s not enough. They only need a few minutes to go on a run. That said, I choose to focus on the good things we did and also on our response between the first and second halves.”

The game MVP Tamir Blatt added, “I felt good and I’m glad we responded after the loss to Olympiacos. We’re going through a tough period and need to step up and get as many wins as possible. Every win is important. We have to keep moving forward, there’s no other way. There’s a game every two days and the last game was a big miss for us, so we needed to respond.”
