Maccabi Tel Aviv has been crowned Champions of Israel once again as they have now won back to back titles, this time on the road in Beer Sheva, their closest rival all season long. A brace by Eran Zahavi did on the desert club as he has been by far the best player on Maccabi and in the league all season long. Dovev Gabay pulled one back via a penalty but it was not going to be enough to stop the yellow and blue championship run!
