The Israel Basketball League continues to make waves as both players and coaches are continuing to come and go but the biggest stunner arrived on Tuesday morning when Hapoel Tel Aviv announced the signing of standout big man Johnathan Motley. The Baylor product played with Fenerbahce for a pair of seasons and also plied his trade in the NBA with the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Clippers.
