Roye Shelem came on board The Sports Rabbi Show as we spoke about the Israel Under-19 squad who face England on Friday in the European Championship Final. We had broken down the entire roster last week and we also did a Live Space after their victory over France in the semifinals. After that we moved onto Maccabi Tel Aviv’s signings from Eran Zahavi and Nir Bitton while also debating where Eli Dasa will go. We also spoke about the other transfers at Maccabi Haifa, Hapoel Tel Aviv and Hapoel Beer Sheva.

At the 39:34 mark we shifted gears to discuss hoops as the Israel National team fell to Poland 90-85 in overtime in World Cup qualifying and then talked about Maccabi Tel Aviv’s roster construction as they ready for the 2022/23 season.
