Maccabi Rishon Le’Zion 80-73 Hapoel Tel Aviv
Shawn Dawson helped turn around a first half 40-32 deficit with an 18 point run to begin the second frame as the Reds continued their poor form that has plagued them throughout the year. In addition to Dawson’s 22-point, 11 rebound performance Mark Lyons dropped 19 points while Darryl Monroe scored 17. Raviv Limonad had a wonderful 19 point performance but it wasn’t enough to get Hapoel back on the winning track.
Maccabi Haifa 79-61 Hapoel Eilat
Will Graves led the Greens with 24 points and Rene Rougeau scored 14 points in the win. Eilat was led by Alade Aminu’s double-double with a 12 point, 12 rebound game, but he received very little support in the loss which dropped the visitors to a 5-8 record.

Richard Howell and Cameron Clark each contributed a double-double in the 9-point win at home over Ashdod. Both Howell and Clark finished the game with 23 and 21 points respectively while pulling down 12 and 11 rebounds. Charles Thomas’ monster performance of 31 points and 10 boards to go along with Diante Garrett’s 26 points weren’t enough for Tzvika Sherf’s charges.
Nes Ziona 88-73 Kiryat Gat
There would be no miracles tonight for Meir Tapiro against his former team as Yuval Naimi with 189 points led the home side to the win as five players finished in double figures. Marco Killingsworth dropped 22 points in the losing effort.
