Maccabi Kiryat Gat 101-78 Hapoel Jerusalem
In a shocking upset, Kiryat Gat crushed Jerusalem. Marco Killingsworth led the way with 27 points and 8 rebounds. Kiryat Gat was deadly from the free throw line shooting 91% on 23 attempts. Kiryat Gat pulled away in the 2nd quarter and never looked back. E.J. Rowland led the way for Jerusalem with 18 points and 5 assists.
Hapoel Eilat 67-86 Maccabi Tel Aviv
Gal Mekel and the Yellow-and-Blue blue came out victorious in their usual fashion. Down by one at the half in a very low scoring contest 32-31 in favor of Eilat, Tel Aviv dropped 32 points in the third frame to run away with the victory. Giving up only 12 points in the quarter, Maccabi led by 19 going into the 4th. Maccabi Tel Aviv dished out 11 more assists and grabbed 11 more rebounds than Eilat. Gal Mekel ended the game for Tel Aviv with 16 points and 9 assists while at the other end Deandre Kane had 23 points for Eilat.
Bnei Herzliya 101-93 Ashdod
James Singleton led Bnei Herzliya to the win over Ashdod with 20 points and 12 rebounds. Aviram Zelekovitz chipped in with 27 points on the night. Herzliya shot the lights out going 59% from the field. Diante Garrett carried Ashdod in the loss with 26 points and 9 assists.
Hapoel Holon 84-83 Hapoel Tel Aviv
Playing the entire game, Will Clyburn led Hapoel Holon to victory over Hapoel Tel Aviv. Clyburn scored 32 points to go along with 14 rebounds as the game went back and forth right until the end. Raviv Limonad chipped in 19 points and 9 assists for Tel Aviv.
Nahariya 71-61 Nes Ziona
In a low scoring affair, Ironi Nahariya pulled out a 10-point victory. Richard Howell had a double-double scoring 11 points while grabbing 16 rebounds. Both teams struggled shooting from the field. Nes Ziona shot a poor 32% while Nahariya only 40%. Diamon Simpson led the way for Nes Ziona with a double-double of his own putting in 14 points and grabbing 13 rebounds.
