Maccabi Kiryat Gat 75-79 Hapoel Jerusalem
An already relegated Kiryat Gat side gave Hapoel Jerusalem a scare in a scrappy encounter. Richard Howell scored 18 points, and had 10 rebounds, while Lior Eliyahu, who arguably could have been ejected for throwing an elbow, scored 14 points for Jerusalem. Josh Selby scored 18 points, Justin Carter scored 18 of his own points while Alex Rosenberg collected 14 points for a valiant Kiryat Gat.


Maccabi Ashdod 80-70 Maccabi Tel Aviv
Maccabi Ashdod led and never looked back against a Maccabi Tel Aviv side that lacked effort, concentration, and pedigree. Mario Little scored 17 points, while Chase Simon had 11 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Victor Rudd scored 17 points from the bench, while Andrew Goudelock finished with 16 points to end Coach Ainars Bagatskis’s reign as Maccabi Tel Aviv’s coach. Maccabi will take on Bnei Herzliya with new Coach Arik Shivek at the helm as the Yellow & Blue will look to find their first win against Mickey Gorka’s team after losing all three regular season encounters.


Ironi Nahariya 80-78 Hapoel Eilat
Hapoel Eilat missed out on first place by losing in overtime to Ironi Nahariya. Nick Faust scored 21 points, while Scotty Hopson finished with 16 points for Nahariya, who will play Hapoel Jerusalem in the Quarterfinals. Pierra Henry scored 16 points, while Reginald Buckner finished with 12 points for Eilat who will take on Rishon Le’Zion.


Hapoel Gilboa/Galil 76-93 Hapoel Holon
In an important matchup for both teams, Hapoel Holon showed up and confirmed their first place season, causing the hosts to miss out on the playoffs. Shlomi Harush had 23 points, while Tu Holloway scored 17 points for Holon, who will play Maccabi Haifa in the Quarterfinals. Michael Qualls had 17 points and 10 rebounds, while Jason Siggers had 17 points of his own for Galil Gilboa.


Maccabi Haifa 95-79 Hapoel Tel Aviv
Maccabi Haifa confirmed its playoff matchup against Hapoel Holon, while eliminating Hapoel Tel Aviv from the playoff picture. Kevin Pinkney scored 23 points, with 12 rebounds to earn this week’s MVP award while Gregory Vargas finished with 19 points for Maccabi Haifa. Adrian Banks scored 15 points, while Mark Lyons dropped 13 points for Hapoel Tel Aviv.


Rishon Le’Zion 110-104 Bnei Herzliya
Rishon Le’Zion beat a spirited Karam Mashour-less Bnei Herzliya, 110-104. Elishay Kadir scored 22 points, while Shawn Dawson had 16 points and 15 rebounds for Rishon. Jeff Adrien had 27 points to go with 15 rebounds, while Taurean Green scored 20 points for Bnei Herzliya who play Maccabi Tel Aviv in the quarter finals.
