Head Coach Predrag Krunic reflected on the win, “I know the atmosphere here and there are a lot of fans so we had to come ready to play in this type of situation. We played a good game and Vechta is good team but we were able to take win with some of our fans here as well. We had to be ready to play defense and it took time for us to get into the rhythm but we did a good job.”

Lester Medford also spoke about the victory, “The most important thing was that it was a good team win, we played well on defense and rebounded the ball and when we play like that it’s great. We are taking it one game at a time, get to practice and then we will try to get another win.”
