Football Israel Round 13 Ligat Ha’Al

Kiryat Shemona 2-1 Bnei Yehuda

Amazing! Bnei Yehuda goes down to yet another defeat and another match without a point! When will the suffering end for Moshe Damayo’s club? Oz Rali gave the visitors a 1-0 lead but Kiryat Shemona received fine play from Ofir Mizrahi who set up Barack Badash’s goal and then scored the winner in the 88th minute for the three points and the win!

Maccabi Haifa 1-1 Ramat HaSharon

Ramat HaSharon has been playing well of late and continued its string of undefeated matches to 6 straight as they continue to climb out of the bottom of the table! In a dull 0-0 draw with both clubs seeming uninterested in being on the pitch, chances were at a premium in front of only 150 fans. Add in a couple of power failures into the mix and both Nir Klinger’s Ashdod squad and Yuval Naim’s Akko came away with a point a piece.
