David Blatt, Lebron & Cavs Complete the Sweep

The Cleveland Cavaliers finished off the 4-0 sweep of the Atlanta Hawks last night, bringing them to their first NBA Finals since 2007. LeBron James, who is making his fifth straight Finals appearance, led the Cavs to a victory with 23 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists. He had major help from his bench, especially J.R. Smith who scored 18 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Former Maccabi Tel Aviv coach, David Blatt, is joining a small, historic group of rookie NBA head coaches to reach the NBA Finals. Blatt and the Cavaliers will be facing the winner of the Warriors/Rockets series for a chance to end the city of Cleveland’s championship drought, dating back to 1964.
