Bar Timor, the 25 year old guard was born in Haifa but has played for Hapoel Jerusalem over the past 3 seasons. Prior to landing in the capital city he plied his trade with Alba Berlin and before that with Hapoel Tel Aviv, Kiryat Tivon and Hapoel Haifa. After signing a new contract with the champions, Timor is set to represent Israel in the upcoming Eurobasket tournament.

“The idea of the next month is to prepare ourselves as best we can as a team, both physically and mentally.”

Goals ahead:
“In order to get to the next round, we will need to win games. We will need to play well, play good basketball and believe that we can advance to the next round. We will come in humble in order to give us the best chance to succeed.” 

Eurobasket in Israel:
“It’s important for the country to be able to host this tournament and it’s also a big honor. I’m happy that it’s finally happening in Israel.”
