“54 points and 7/14 from 3’s and more assists,” Hapoel Tel Aviv Head Coach Dimitrios Itoudis began. “We had better spacing and better defense and we are still a new team and we are getting to know each other, but we all have to sacrifice. The congratulations goes to the players and we are learning from this process. We are happy we can bring the win eventhough we didn’t play our best.”
Dan Oturu spoke about the game, “We played good defense in teh second half and Partizan is a good team with a lot of fans. We knew we had to match their intensity and that is what helped us in the second half. At this stage of the season the standings don’t really matter. Olympiacos is a good team and well coach, it will be tough to play in Piraeus and we have to match the intensity that will be in the arena.”
