How about all of the other arenas he graced in North America whether it was where he won championships, broke scoring records or played the infamous \u201cFlu\u201d game in.<\/p>\n
Wasn\u2019t he a part of the some of the greatest games in these facilities?<\/p>\n
How could it be that a tiny basketball arena attached to a soccer stadium in Monte Carlo in the Principality of Monaco was where the legendary Michael Jordan said, \u201c[It was the] greatest game I\u2019ve ever played in.\u201d<\/p>\n
But yes it is true. <\/p>\n
Just days before the opening of the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, the Dream Team gathered in Monaco to put the finishing touches on their training camp ahead of the Games. Head coach Chuck Daly decided that before they begin playing the games for real he wanted to have the best of the best go head-to-head to see just how tough his squad really was and how serious they were going to take the challenge ahead.
