This week former Major League Baseball Player Shawn Green <\/a>joined me to discuss his baseball career, his new book \u201cThe Way of Baseball: Finding Stillness at 95 mph\u201d<\/a> and of course being a Jewish ball player.<\/p>\n

Shawn & I discussed the great art of hitting, how to hit for power, watching pitchers and finding out when a pitcher is tipping his pitches and other unique ways of being settled at the plate.<\/p>\n

We talked about the fact that Shawn was one of the greatest Jewish players to play the game and what that meant to him along with if he would play in the World Baseball Classic for Israel if asked to join the team.<\/p>\n
