Ironi Nahariya jumped to the top of the league after defeating Maccabi Tel Aviv 76-70<\/a>. The home side\u2019s victory hinged on a big third-quarter which they took by a seven-point margin.<\/p>\n

The hosts were led by Richard Howell who grabbed a big 18 points with nine rebounds, followed by Cameron Clark\u2019s 16 points and seven rebounds. Devin Smith put in a big performance for the visitors with 19 points and 10 assists but it wasn\u2019t enough to help his side to the win.<\/p>\n

Maccabi Rishon LeZion took a narrow 77-75 win against Maccabi Ashdod<\/a>. The hosts were led by Mark Lyons 25 points haul while Shaun Dawson netted 17. Diantte Garrett dropped a huge 32 points while Or Solomon pulled down 10 rebounds but it wasn\u2019t enough for Ashdod.<\/p>\n

Hapoel Jerusalem grabbed a narrow 81-79 victory at Hapoel Tel Aviv<\/a> in an intense match which went right down to the wire. The Tel Aviv side were leading by eight points at half-time but threw it away as Jerusalem staged a comeback in the final 20 minutes. Tel Aviv\u2019s Robert Rothbart led the scoring with a double-double – 16 points and 13 rebounds.<\/p>\n

Bnei Herzliya took a 71-68 win away to Maccabi Kiryat Gat<\/a> thanks to a big game from Olando Takar who put in 26 points with nine rebounds.<\/p>\n

Maccabi Haifa picked up a big 74-57 win against Ironi Nes Ziona<\/a> as Reginald Bakner picked up 17 points and 13 rebounds for the Greens.<\/p>\n

Hapoel Holon grabbed a narrow victory over Hapoel Eilat, 81-78<\/a>, as Aylann Solomon led the hosts to victory with 20 points. Netting 15 points each were Isaac Roosevelt and Will Kleiburg who also added double figure rebounds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
