Hapoel Beer Sheva 0-1 Hapoel Raanana<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beer Sheva suffered a shocking defeat at home at the hands of Hapoel Raanana disappointing themselves and their supporters. Maor Bozaglo one of the Beer Sheva stars said that he even doesn’t have an explanation why they lost and whatever he would say would not be justified. Mamadou Thiam scored for the visitors for new\/old coach Haim Silvas as he had been relieved of his duties at the beginning of the week to return on Thursday replacing Haim Shabo who didn’t last more than a few days. The loss for Elisha Levy must be stinging him as his offense has now gone two straight matches without a goal.<\/p>\n

Ashdod 3-3 Beitar Jerusalem<\/strong><\/p>\n

The visitors, Beitar Jerusalem opened the scoring on a Shlomi Azoulay free kick as both clubs then settled in for an uneventful first half. But as quiet as the first half was the exact opposite was in the offing for half number two! Beitar took a 2-0 lead on an Yitzik Cohen goal but Alexander Davidov quickly halved the lead for Ashdod to make it 2-1. However, Omer Atzili scored a nifty goal giving Beitar a 3-1 lead that looked as if they would easily walk away with maximum points. But, Ashdod was not ready to let Jerusalem have the last word as David Solari cut the ad to 3-2 and Michael Ohana headed in the tying goal deep into injury time as the club’s came away each with one point.<\/p>\n

Maccabi Petach Tikva 3-0 Kiryat Shemona<\/strong><\/p>\n

Table leaders Kiryat Shemona suffers their first defeat of the season, talking to Maccabi Petavh Tikva at the Moshava stadium. Nothing seemed to go right for the northern club as Idan Shemesh struck first followed by a Naor Peser header & a Marwan Kabaa break all scored in the surprise victory. Ran Ben Shimon came back to haunt his former squad once again as he takes his team up to 4th place tied with Beitar on 23 points.<\/p>\n

Hapoel Tel Aviv 1-1 Bnei Sakhnin<\/strong><\/p>\n

After a scoreless first half Bnei Sakhnin looked to take the advantage with an Ismaeel Rian goal. But youngster Ramzi Sfori who was a second half substitution for The Reds evened the match up as the two sides split the points. Tel Aviv is close to coming to terms with Celtic property centre forward Amido Balde currently playing at Beveren in Belgium. The 23 year old is from Guinea Bissau.<\/p>\n

Hapoel Akko 1-1 Hapoel Petach Tikva<\/strong><\/p>\n

Petach Tikva took a 1-0 lead thanks to Omri Altman’s goal for Idan Bar-on’s side. However, the home team Akko received the equalizer from Adi Gottlieb to take a point for new coach Shlomi Dura.<\/p>\n

Maccabi Netanya 0-2 Hapoel Haifa<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hapoel Haifa keeps on rolling as they take 3 points from financially struggling Netanya.
