Israeli forward Manor Solomon will suit up for English Football League Championship Club Leeds United FC for the 2024\/25 season, after arriving at Elland Road earlier this week on a season-long loan from Tottenham Hotspur F.C.<\/p>\n

The Kfar Saba native joined the Spurs last summer after previously playing for Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk and Premier League side Fulham FC, but he was restricted to only 6 games in the Premier League last season due to injury.

\n\u201cI am really happy to be here,\u201d Solomon said, speaking exclusively to LUTV (Leeds United Television). \u201cI’ve heard a lot about the club, about its fans, about the heritage, the history. I know it\u2019s a massive club in England and I’m looking forward to seeing the fans and to meet them all.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAs soon as the interest from Leeds came, I started to look for the players, for the coach and I’ve spoken with the manager and he explained to me about the style of playing, about the players that there are in Leeds,\u201d Solomon continued. \u201cI know there is a group of great lads, young people with great desire, with great techniques and I\u2019m looking forward to playing with them and to help them in the best way I can. I just want to get going.\u201d

\n\u201cObviously I had a really tough season last season,\u201d Solomon said of his injuries. \u201cI had an injury that happened in the beginning of the season and then for the majority of the season, I couldn\u2019t play football. \u201cBut now I am fit and I\u2019m ready to go, I\u2019m ready to show myself again. I\u2019m ready to go back to the biggest levels again and hopefully we\u2019ll have a great season here at Leeds. We have one goal and everyone knows our goal, hopefully we\u2019ll do it together.\u201d<\/p>\n

It has been a busy week for Solomon, who was also named in the National\u2019s Team\u2019s squad for their upcoming internationals against Belgium and Italy<\/a><\/strong>.
