Hapoel Akko 1-0 Hapoel Haifa

Akko delivered a home victory for its loyal fans as Hapoel Haifa went down to yet another defeat to find themselves dead last in the Ligat Ha’Al table. After a scoreless first half, 2nd half substitute Elior Seidere playing in his first game since suffering a facial injury scored what would be the winning goal for his side. Seidere had been out of action since January and came on the pitch featuring a mask but that didn’t hurt his play as the 24 year old gave Shlomi Dura life and three points to keep them tied with Hapoel Petach Tikva & Hapoel Haifa all with 26 points. Haifa’s Oshri Roash picked up his 2nd yellow card in the 90th minute for a red card and will be out of commission next match.

Hapoel Tel Aviv 1-2 Hapoel Petach Tikva

Petach Tikva collected an important win for Menachem Koretzky as his team came back from a 1-0 deficit in the second half to earn the three points. Ben Reichert opened the scoring for the Reds in the 50th minute as Hasan Abu Zaid drew the visitors even just ten minutes later. However, Reichert collected his 2nd yellow of the match in the 69th minute with a foolish foul on Abu Zaid and the ten-man Tel Aviv side finally conceded the game winning goal to Mirko Oremus and Petach Tikva. Tel AViv striker Dudu Biton needed to be taken to the hospital for examination after an 18th minute collision with Michael Tukura.

Bnei Sakhnin 1-1 Hapoel Raanana

Feras Magharbeh scored yet again for his 8th of the season giving his Bnei Sakhnin side a 1-0 lead in the 58th minute. But pressure from visiting side Raanana led to Ben Vahaba’s game tying goal 2 minutes from time to split the points.

Maccabi Netanya 0-0 Ashdod

After Ashdod regained its 6-points that had been deducted by FIFA they went out and drew again 0-0 just as they had done last week. This time the scoreless tie took place in Netanya with both teams collecting a point for their efforts.
