Maccabi Tel Aviv 5:0 Hapoel Tel Aviv

The Yellow & Blue took care of the Reds in a historic Derby victory equally the mark set by Maccabi in 1970 with a 5:0 win. Tal Ben Chaim and Vidar Kjartansson each scored a brace while Nosa Igiebor opened the scoring in the 5th minute for the big triumph.


Maccabi Petach Tikva 2:2 Maccabi Haifa

Roie Kehat scored for the Greens in the 27th minute while Dor Alo tied the match up just a minute later. Liroy Tzeiri then gave the hosts a lead in the 73rd minute but Shoval Gozlan scored the equalizer deep in second half injury time.


Bnei Yehuda 0:3 Hapoel Beer Sheva

Tony Nwakaeme picked up a brace while Lucio added the third goal at the Moshava Stadium to give the defending champs three points on Matchday Five.


Hapoel Haifa 4:0 Beitar Jerusalem

The Haifa Reds took care of Beitar at Sammy Ofer Stadium with two first half goals by Edilson and late markers by Filip Jazvic and Shlomi Arbeitman to pick up the three points and stun the Jerusalemites.


Kiryat Shemona 2:2 Bnei Sakhnin

In a fun game up north Idan Shemesh scored for the visitors while striker Shlomi Azulay drew his side even before the break. Giorginho helped Sakhnin to a 2:1 lead early on in the second half but Ahmed Abed scored in the 85th minute to split the points.


Hapoel Kfar Saba 1:0 Ashdod

An 83rd minute goal by Tal Ayala gave the hosts the win in front of their fans at Levita Stadium.


Hapoel Ashkelon 0:0 Hapoel Raanana

In a dry draw Ashkelon and Raanana each picked up a point as they both look ahead to Matchday 6.
